How do I get free shipping?

To profit from free shipping, your order must be equal to or exceeds 89 USD (to America, Canada, ...). That way, you'll be able to enjoy the free delivery dependings on the country you live in.You can estimate the delivery in the checkout page.

If the amount of your order is below this amount, we offer a fee fixed ports for mere participation in transportation, can vary by country.

Can I take advantage of free shipping even if I do not live in America?

Of course, Morocco Handmade free shipping policy is applicable over 100 countries !

As for customs fees, are there any?

We export several times a week, since years, and all our customers, among other French, have never paid customs fees. Indeed, goods from Moroccan craftsmanship have a preferential origin with the European Union, which are not claimed on the receipt of our package. We guarantee it.

We will mention this preferential detail at the bottom of all our bill.

Moroccan handicrafts also have a preferential customs origin with the United States.
